Virtual Teen Social Skills Group (Fall 2025)
Join us for a 10-week virtual group for teens ages 11–16 to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and handle social situations better.
Fall 2025 • Virtual Group
Social situations can be tough—for neurodiverse teens and for teens who feel anxious or unsure of what to say. This structured, skills-based group helps teens practice the “unspoken rules” of conversation, manage conflict, and feel more comfortable with peers.
